Tips to pick the right gym

What are the main requirements to pick the right gym?

Everyone has different opinions, and I'm sure these tips will help you. 

 

1. Distance

You can't be energetic all the time. If your gym is close to where you live? That is the energy saver for you. Distance is the key and NO.1 thing to consider about.

 

2. Price

Money has so much value.

Why do we work? To pay bills, live better and convenience life right?

So you need to think of the price, if you want to live a healthy life style, then you don't really need a five star fitness gym memberships!

 

3. Check population

I'm not saying you need to check each gym members, when they come and when they go. I'm just saying that you need to check population of the time, when you go and out of the gym. 

Imagine the terrible feeling of crowded gym and you can't even use a single machine!

 

4. Atmosphere

The Atmosphere of the gym is super important.

You need to be in the gym at least 30 minutes ~ few hours and you need to enjoy where you workout!
